Accessible, though I didn't check the bathrooms. Great place! Clean. lots of customers but not packed. A fresh, red carnation on every table was nice. The prices are good, the portions are enormous. Everything came out piping hot. Staff were fantastic! I look forward to going again. I would have liked to have seen more traditional foods on the menu but I'm sure they have to serve what Buffalo will eat.

Really good food. Extremely clean restaurant with friendly servers who did NOT rush us through our meal. Went for lunch with my sister to catch up and was completely satisfied with quality, flavor, service and price.
I had the luncheon special of Ginger shrimp and string beans with white rice, egg drop soup and steamed dumplings. Our server Fred was attentive, made sure that our water goblets were filled, tea was hot and that our food was just how we wanted it and if there was anything that wasn't satisfactory he would take care of it. Everything was perfect. I would recommend Red Pepper to my friends and family. Food excellent, service spectacular, dining area spotless. Can say enough about it.
I wish I would have taken pictures because the food was absolutely gorgeous. If you want the best Chinese food in western New york this is where you go! Everyone is so friendly and the service is amazing. Generous portion sizes. Cozy and clean atmosphere. If you haven't tried Red Pepper you're missing out!

Great little restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. The menu was very comprehensive. We got the beef low mein and it was delicious. Generous helpings good enough for two.
Excellent first time experience! We started with wonton soups, and a few egg rolls. For the main entrees we had Orange Chicken which had the perfect amount of spice to it. We also had the shrimp with snow peas and rice. Everything was fresh and piping hot. Their serving ware is very beautiful! And the tea at each table was a pleasant surprise. They serve fresh orange slices and fortune cookies after your meal. I will be returning.
